 The PILS course teaches the skills needed to prevent & manage cardiorespiratory arrest in
children until the arrival
of a cardiac arrest team. The course is designed for health care professionals who would be expected to carry out the skills taught as part of their everyday duties. eg: A&E, PICU Nurses & Doctors. The course comprises of lectures, skill stations, a multi-choice paper before and after the training course and assessments. The course preparation material is sent out approximately 2 weeks before the course commences.
