Paramedic you are required by the HPC to keep a record of your Paramedic
skills.

Paramedic Audit Tool (PAT) was first released in December 2000 .
Originally designed for use by staff in East Anglian Ambulance
Trust to help them with gathering evidence of skill use that
they need to maintain their portfolios for State Registration.
Since then there have been 3,400 downloads from all over the
world.
