Here you can download  Paramedic and Ambulance diaries to keep a record of your skills usage. Remember that as a UK Paramedic you are required by the HPC to keep a record of your Paramedic skills.

If there are instructions with the diary/auditing tools then please download these as well. There may be a contact E-mail from the person who designed the software for help. These audit or diary tools are mainly sent in by Ambulance staff and are free for you to use as a personal tool. If you have any audit tools or diaries you want to send us.  - Then click here

Paramedic Audit Tool Software

The Paramedic Audit Tool (PAT) was first released in December 2000 . Originally designed for use by staff in East Anglian Ambulance Trust to help them with gathering evidence of skill use that they need to maintain their portfolios for State Registration. Since then there have been 3,400 downloads from all over the world.
