Control Room Staff go up a Band
Control room staff have seen their appeal succeed and have now gone up one band in Scotland and most English Services. Control Room Dispatchers were originally banded into band 3 of A4C and Call Takers in band 2.

Working hours
All staff full time will work a basic week of 37.5 hrs. There is a "phasing in" process in which full time staff whose hours are slightly higher or lower than this will gradually reduce or increase their hours over a number of years to get to the standard 37.5hrs.

O/T & Public Holidays
All overtime will be paid at a standard rate of time and a half. All hours worked during public holidays will be paid at double time.

Annual leave
Staff will receive an entitlement as set out in the table below
